Coop Rally

for quality Hungarian products

COOP strongly focuses on domestic quality. Our event is one of the most important B2B events in Hungary.

Since 2006, we have been organising and conducting the contest, events, programmes and communication of COOP Rally.

The
contest

Manufacturers, suppliers, producers, representatives of the ministries, Olympians and media personalities drive all of the 100 cars with stickers placed on them.

The playful car race tours the factories, plants and COOP centres of the regions with three press buses.

CHALLENGES

Creating the route and detailed plans is only the first of many challenges:

  • Conducting, evaluating and securing the contest covering hundreds of kilometres
  • Accommodation, meals and shows for hundreds of guests
  • Programmes, quizzes and events at all the venues
  • Organising and moderating dozens of press conferences
  • Designing, preparing and distributing the 100-page COOP Rally special edition

During the 13 years of the COOP Rally, trips of 10 800 km have taken place in Hungary bringing more than a hundred plants, factories and producers to consumers. Every year, the contest has even bigger media coverage.

The contest plays a big role in the fact that customers nowadays look for Hungarian products more. It feels good that we could contribute to this.
